In order to streamline complaints registration requests and resolution of students complaints, we utilize a complaint ticket system. Every complaints request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses on-line. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your complaints requests. A valid email address is required to submit a complaint.
